Service Delivery Policy

PixelQode is software delivered over the internet. A purchase buys access to your workspace at pixelqode.com for the billing period, at the plan limits published on the pricing page. There is no physical product, no shipment and no delivery address.

• Subscriptions — immediately. Your plan is applied as soon as the payment provider confirms the charge, typically within seconds. If it has not applied within a few minutes, reload the billing page; if it still has not, email support@pixelqode.com and we will apply it manually.
• Code top-ups — immediately. The extra capacity is added to your limit and you can create the codes straight away.
• Generation and migration assistance — these are services rather than instant access. We agree a scope and a delivery date with you in writing before charging. Unless agreed otherwise, batches of up to 500 codes are delivered within 5 business days of receiving your source data.

Sign in at pixelqode.com with the email address used at checkout. QR artwork is downloaded from the dashboard in PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF or EPS. There is nothing to install.

Accounts are provisioned by us after sign-up so that each workspace can be issued its own QR provider credentials. This is normally same business day. Until it is done, your dashboard shows a pending state rather than an error, and you are not charged for a plan you cannot yet use.

If you have paid and cannot access what you paid for, email support@pixelqode.com with the payment reference. We will either fix the access or refund the charge in full — you will not be left holding both an invoice and no service.

The service is available worldwide wherever access to pixelqode.com is lawful. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are applied at checkout according to your location.
