Billing questions
Will my QR codes stop working if I cancel?
Static codes keep working — they don't rely on us at all. Dynamic codes resolve through a short link, so they need an active plan. If you're printing something permanent and don't need tracking, make it static.
What formats can I download?
PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF and EPS for dynamic codes; PNG, SVG and JPG for static ones. SVG is the one to hand a printer — it's vector, so it's sharp at any size.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual, in USD, through our payment partner — a PCI-compliant processor, so your card details never touch our servers. Annual gives you two months free. Your plan sets how many live QR codes you can hold; you can change plan at any time and the new limit applies straight away.
