Features
Not a list of adjectives — this is what's in the dashboard today.
Change where a printed code goes without reprinting it. Fix a broken link, swap a campaign, redirect a whole product line — the artwork on the shelf stays valid.
Encode the destination straight into the grid. No redirect, no dependency on any service, no expiry. Ideal for equipment labels and anything printed once and forgotten.
17 dot patterns, 20 corner styles, your colours, frames and a centre logo — with a live preview that draws the real thing. Every style is verified to decode.
Organise thousands of codes into folders and subfolders. Select many at once to move, duplicate or delete, and filter the library down to what you're working on.
Bring a spreadsheet of destinations and generate the whole batch in one pass, folders included. The plan limit is checked once for the batch, not row by row.
Every scan recorded as it happens: country and city, device, OS and browser, time of day, and the referring site. Per code, per type, per folder, or across the whole account — with bots counted separately and the scanner's IP never stored.
PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF and EPS. Vector formats go straight to a printer at any size, so a code on a billboard is the same file as the one on a business card.
Run separate client workspaces side by side, each with its own codes, folders, plan and API key. Switch between them without signing out.
Code types
Each type gets the right fields, validated before anything is generated.

Why PIXELQODE
Six reasons that come up in every conversation we have with a customer who switched.
Every design we offer is machine-verified to decode before it ships, and static codes keep resolving even if PIXELQODE disappears entirely. A QR code you printed is a promise to a customer; we treat it that way.
Every number is measured, and where we can’t measure something we say so instead of filling a chart with zeroes. A report you take into a meeting should never be the thing that’s wrong.
Bulk import, bulk edit, folders, and plans up to 2,500 codes — plus $35 top-up packs on yearly billing when a campaign overshoots by a little, so a handful of extra codes doesn’t force a whole tier upgrade.
Agencies and franchises run every client from a single login, with per-workspace quotas and separate reporting. No spreadsheet of logins to maintain.
The weekly report is a document, not a dashboard link — a clean PDF you can send to a client or a board without exporting anything by hand.
Flat monthly or annual pricing with two months free on annual. No per-scan billing, no charge for static codes, and no surprises — and when you need a few more codes, that’s a $35 top-up pack rather than a forced jump to the next tier.
How it's run
Where your codes are served from, where your data sits, and what we will and won't claim about it.
The app runs on Cloudflare Workers, so it is answered from the network location nearest the person asking, with Cloudflare's DDoS protection and TLS in front of every request. No origin server to fall over.
Customer records, folders and scan history live in a Neon Postgres database on AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit, with point-in-time recovery. We don't keep a second copy anywhere else.
Sign-in is handled by a managed authentication service. Passwords are hashed there and never reach our code, and Google sign-in means there's no password to lose in the first place.
Checkout runs end to end on a PCI-DSS compliant processor acting as merchant of record. They handle the card, the tax and the invoice; we receive a confirmation, not a card number.
Export or deletion of your data on request, no sale of personal information, and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. The privacy policy says exactly what is collected and why.
Cloudflare and AWS, who run the infrastructure underneath us, hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Hostelastic Technologies LLP does not, and we won't imply otherwise — ask on the Enterprise plan and we'll answer a security questionnaire in full.
Scale and Business carry a 99.9% uptime commitment with service credits. Hostelastic Technologies LLP is registered in India (LLPIN ACL-6671).

A campaign that overshoots shouldn't force an upgrade, and a migration shouldn't be your weekend.
$35per 50 dynamic QR codes
$0.70per code a year, billed yearly
Raises your dynamic code limit by 50 for as long as you keep it, and renews with your plan. Stack as many as you need — a campaign that overshoots by a little shouldn't force a whole tier upgrade. Sold on yearly billing only, so a pack always runs to the same renewal date as the plan it sits on. Static codes stay unlimited and unaffected.

Send us the spreadsheet and we build the batch: destinations, naming, folders, and your design applied consistently across every code. You get a library ready to hand to a printer, not a CSV to wrestle with.

Moving from another provider. We recreate your codes here, match the folder structure, and rebuild the artwork. Dynamic codes already in print keep resolving through your old vendor until you repoint them, so nothing goes dark mid-move.

FAQ
A dynamic code encodes a short link that we resolve, so you can change the destination after printing and we can count scans. A static code encodes the destination itself: nothing to redirect, so it can never be changed and there is nothing to count — but it works forever, with no dependency on any service. You choose per code, and static codes don't count against your plan.
Static codes keep working — they don't rely on us at all. Dynamic codes resolve through a short link, so they need an active plan. If you're printing something permanent and don't need tracking, make it static.
Yes, for dynamic codes. Edit the destination and every existing print starts pointing at the new address immediately. The image doesn't change, so nothing needs reprinting.
For every scan of a dynamic code: when it happened, the country, region and city, the device, operating system and browser, and the referring site if there was one. Bots and crawlers are recorded but kept out of your numbers. We never store the scanner's IP address or anything that identifies them — location is resolved at the network edge and only the answer is kept.
PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF and EPS, for every code — dynamic and static are drawn by the same renderer, so both export the same five formats. SVG or PDF is the one to hand a printer: vector, so it's sharp at any size.
They can, which is why we check. Every dot pattern and corner style we offer is decoded automatically before release, and codes with a centre logo are generated at the highest error-correction level so the covered area is recoverable.
Monthly or annual, in USD, through our payment partner — a PCI-compliant processor, so your card details never touch our servers. Annual gives you two months free. Your plan sets how many live QR codes you can hold; you can change plan at any time and the new limit applies straight away.
PIXELQODE runs on Cloudflare Workers and stores everything in a managed Neon Postgres database on AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit. Passwords are handled by a managed authentication service and never reach our code; card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach our servers. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time.
Not as a company — Hostelastic Technologies LLP is small and we won't imply an audit we haven't had. The infrastructure underneath us does: Cloudflare and AWS both hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. If your procurement process needs a security questionnaire answered in full, that comes with the Enterprise plan.
PIXELQODE is built and operated by Hostelastic Technologies LLP. For contracts, security review or procurement paperwork, talk to us about the Enterprise plan.
Growth starts at $24.17 a month billed yearly — 150 dynamic codes, unlimited static ones, and every design feature. Move up whenever a campaign needs it.
